When you serve your country, you deserve homeownership, but the housing market is so competitive. I thought what if fellow veterans offered their homes for sale to fellow veterans? 

And so, the birth of VetHomes4Vets.  My idea was to see if veteran owners would consider selling their homes to their fellow veterans. This would serve those who served and deserves homeownership!.

According to the California State VA loan statistics for 2023, there were only 19,744 veteran home loan purchases. Think of how many more veterans could buy with the help of their service brothers and sisters.
 

 Mary Ann, as a real estate broker, my sincerity starts from the heart, and so does my service. Because I genuinely care, I believe we have a duty to give back. For this reason, I am passionate about providing homeownership, which is critical to me, for Veterans. However, Veterans hold a warm and grateful place in my heart, for back during World War ll, my father was a 14-year-old U.S. citizen, forced by fate into guerilla warfare. He'd been tortured, a prisoner of war, and left for dead among the lifeless bodies lying on the beach. Until a Navy airman assigned to count the bodies heard a faint moan and discovered my dad's emaciated and brutally wounded body, with his skull crushed in and bayonated bleeding shoulder. My father would have died, but the airman picked-up my father, placed him carefully in his jeep, personally drove him to the Red Cross and carried my father in his arms for immediate care. Giving the nurses specific orders to take good care of him, for he was an important man! Because of that act, I was born. So my desire to be of service to veterans is my way of showing gratitude for saving my father's life!
